Baseball Recap: Brantley County Takes a Loss

Brantley County lost against Charlton County back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Herons took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

Brantley County's loss dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Charlton County, the victory was the 17th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-2.

Looking ahead, Brantley County will take on Thomasville at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Herons are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a three-game losing streak. Charlton County will be paying especially close attention to Brantley County's contest: after Brantley County faces off against Thomasville, they'll take on Charlton County again at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
