Gilbert can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They blew past Carroll 11-1. Considering Gilbert's hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Gilbert now has a winning record of 15-14. As for Carroll, their defeat was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-21.

Coming up, Gilbert will host Ballard at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers are facing the Bombers at the right time seeing as the Bombers are stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Carroll, they will challenge A-D-M at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. A-D-M will roll in looking for their 19th straight win, something Carroll surely won't give up without a fight.
