Lassen won the last time they faced Anderson and Dowan Stephens did his part to make sure it happened again. The Grizzlies simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Cubs 43-6 thanks in part to Stephens, who rushed for 165 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry. He is becoming a predictor of Lassen's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Dathen Moore also helped out as he racked up 160 rushing yards. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 54 yards.

Lassen has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 37.7 points. As for Anderson, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Lassen didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 35-6 victory against University Prep on the 17th. As for Anderson, they have also already played their next matchup, a 15-14 defeat against Yreka on the 17th.
