Softball Recap: Hebron Christian Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Hebron Christian couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Wesleyan Wolves on Saturday, falling 9-1. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Wolves: they've now lost six in a row.

Hebron Christian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Britt Sissom, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Hebron Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 31-4. As for Wesleyan, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 30-3.

As of now, neither Hebron Christian nor the Wolves have any future games scheduled.
