Soccer Game Preview: Fairmont Prep vs. Serrano

Serrano is hoping to do what El Camino Real couldn't on Saturday: put an end to Fairmont Prep's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Fairmont Prep blew past El Camino Real 5-1.

Fairmont Prep hit El Camino Real with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Camarin Choi (2), Brithany Betanzos, Addison Castaneda, and Antonella Haro.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Serrano was not quite Granite Hills' equal in the second half on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Cougars. The Diamondbacks' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Serrano's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Fairmont Prep, their win bumped their record up to 3-0-1.
