San Juan Hills skates past Tesoro with ease

The San Juan Hills Stallions scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 73-32 win over Tesoro on the road. San Juan Hills might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won eight matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Sydney Peterson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points along with eight steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Anna Shreeve, who scored 13 points along with five steals.

The win makes it two in a row for San Juan Hills and bumps their season record up to 10-8. As for Tesoro, they bumped their record down to 4-15 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

San Juan Hills will take on Aliso Niguel at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Aliso Niguel will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 663rd, while San Juan Hills is ranked 133rd). As for Tesoro, they will head out on the road to face off against Trabuco Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
