Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, Rolling Meadows rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They took down the Knights 55-41. The game was the first time the Mustangs have beaten the Knights on their court since December 8, 2023.

Rolling Meadows' victory bumped their record up to 20-10. As for Fremd, their win bumped their record up to 26-6.

Everything came up roses for Fremd against Rolling Meadows in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 62-32 victory. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
