Volleyball Recap: Osakis Picks Up Third Straight Win on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Royalton, Osakis was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Upsala Cardinals by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Osakis had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-21, 25-19, 25-20.

Osakis' victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-8. As for Upsala, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Osakis will square off against Bertha-Hewitt at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Upsala, they will venture away from home to take on Browerville at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
