Osakis Silverstreaks (Osakis, MN) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Upsala Cardinals (Upsala, MN), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Osakis improves its record to 7-8 on the season. The Silverstreaks travel to Bertha-Hewitt (Bertha, MN) to face the Bears in a non-league test on Monday, October 6. The Bears go into the test with a record of 6-9. Bertha-Hewitt lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Menahga (Menahga, MN)

The Cardinals now own a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Browerville for a test on Tuesday, October 7. Upsala will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Swanville (Swanville, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 1-13.
