Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mission Hills). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Rancho Buena Vista Longhorns 87-34. The Grizzlies pushed the score to 77-28 by the end of the third, a deficit the Longhorns had no chance of recovering from.

Hc Harding had an outrageously good game as she went 9 for 16 on her way to 26 points and three steals. Kendall Nguyen was another key player, putting up nine points along with five assists and four steals.

Mission Hills was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Mission Hills' victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Rancho Buena Vista, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-3.

Mission Hills will be taking part in a tournament against El Camino at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Mission Hills is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 63.4 points per game this season. As for Rancho Buena Vista, they will take on Polytechnic in a tournament on Thursday. Polytechnic will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Rancho Buena Vista surely won't give up without a fight.
