Soccer Recap: WACO Comes Up Short

WACO was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 5-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Washington Demons.

WACO's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Washington, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-12.

Looking ahead, WACO will head out to square off against Sigourney at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Washington, they will welcome Mt. Pleasant at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mt. Pleasant's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
