Soccer Game Preview: Scott vs. Start

The Scott Bulldogs will head out to take on the Start Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Monday just wasn't the day for Scott's offense. They came up short against Lima Senior on Monday, falling 4-0. The loss continues a trend for Scott in their meetings with Lima Senior: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, Start kept a clean sheet against Bowsher on Monday. They blew past the BlueRacers 5-0. The victory continues a trend for Start in their matchups with Bowsher: they've now won three in a row.

Start's offense was hitting Bowsher from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

Start's win bumped their record up to 5-8-1. As for Scott, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Scott suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Start in their previous matchup last Monday. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
