Emmaus waltzed into their matchup  on Friday with 12 straight wins... but they left with 13. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Whitehall Zephyrs 51-17. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight  contests by 32  points or more this season.
 Several Zephyrs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Jade Alvarez, who  posted six points.
Emmaus pushed their record up to 16-1 with the  win, which was their sixth straight  at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 20.5 points per game. As for Whitehall,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 6-11.
 Emmaus will be playing in front of their home fans against Allentown Central Catholic  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Allentown Central Catholic will roll in looking for their  fifth straight  victory, something Emmaus surely won't give up without a fight. As for Whitehall, they will head out to  challenge Louis E. Dieruff  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
