If Temescal Canyon was feeling good fresh off their 72-28 takedown of West Valley on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Temescal Canyon Titans lost to the San Dimas Saints on the road by a 66-47 margin on Saturday. The Titans' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Temescal Canyon's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Ahmani Browder, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 16 boards, and Sarai Kamweru, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds. That was a full 48.9% of Temescal Canyon's points, marking the 12th time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points.

Even though they lost, Temescal Canyon smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as San Dimas only pulled down six offensive boards.

San Dimas' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Priscilla Romero led the charge by almost dropping a double-double on 21 points and nine boards. Romero has been hot, having posted nine or more rebounds the last eight times she's played. Anelly Alba was another key player, putting up ten points in addition to six assists and five boards.

Temescal Canyon's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for San Dimas, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-8.

Temescal Canyon has already played their next matchup, an 81-47 defeat against Buena Park on the 29th. As for San Dimas, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 73-34 win against Alta Loma on the 29th.
