Football Recap: Unity Christian Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Unity Christian unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 28-14 bruising from the Sioux Center Warriors on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Unity Christian will face off against MOC-Floyd Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sioux Center, they will head out to face off against Sheldon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
