Soccer Recap: Valley Takes a Loss

Valley lost against Cottonwood Classical Prep back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vikings came up short against the Coyotes, falling 7-0. Valley have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Valley now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Cottonwood Classical Prep, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Valley will challenge East Mountain at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cottonwood Classical Prep, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Del Norte at 4:00 p.m. on September 2.
