The Bruins haven't had much luck with the Huskies recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why Geffen Academy lost, don't look at Ciahna M. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds. M has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more boards the last three times she's played.

Geffen Academy's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-2. As for Rolling Hills Prep, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-8.
