Basketball Recap: Napa Takes a Loss

Napa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 60-17 loss at the hands of the Sonoma Valley Dragons. The Grizzlies were probably out for revenge after losing 42-13 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Napa's record now sits at 2-14. As for Sonoma Valley, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Napa will head out to face off against Justin-Siena at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Justin-Siena will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Napa surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sonoma Valley, they will venture away from home to square off against Vintage at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
