Soccer Game Preview: South Paulding vs. Pepperell

The South Paulding Spartans will head out to square off against the Pepperell Dragons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Paulding will be strutting in after a win while Pepperell will be coming in after a defeat.

South Paulding barely beat Douglas County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. South Paulding put the hurt on Douglas County with a sharp 4-1 victory on Friday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Spartans' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Meanwhile, Pepperell came up short against Villa Rica on Wednesday, falling 4-1. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Rafael Segura, who's now up to five this season.

Pepperell's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for South Paulding, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-3.
