Softball Recap: Tioga Comes Up Short

Tioga suffered their closest loss since March 1st on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Whitewright Tigers by a score of 9-7. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 7-3.

Tioga's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Whitewright, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-6.

Tioga does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Whitewright, they will welcome Dodd City at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
