George Walton Academy waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the South Paulding Spartans as they made off with a 9-1 victory. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by eight runs or more this season.

George Walton Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for South Paulding, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

George Walton Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 12-6 defeat against North Oconee on the 22nd. As for South Paulding, they have also already played their next game, a 9-2 loss against Hebron Christian on the 22nd.
