Softball Recap: Shidler Comes Up Short

Shidler was the 3-1 winner over Caney Valley when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans on Saturday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shidler's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Caney Valley, their win bumped their record up to 15-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shidler will head out to face off against Oilton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Caney Valley, they will square off against Barnsdall at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
