Soccer Game Preview: McHenry vs. Prairie Ridge

The McHenry Warriors will face off against the Prairie Ridge Wolves at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

McHenry is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Jacobs just ended the team's five-match winning streak on Thursday. They and the Golden Eagles finished up their matchup with a 4-4 draw. The result kept McHenry happy, as they haven't lost a game since September 9th.

Meanwhile, while the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Cristo Rey Jesuit who was credited with the victory on Sunday. The Cristeros got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Prairie Ridge's three.

McHenry's draw gives them a new season record of 8-2-2. As for Prairie Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4-2.
