Basketball Recap: Sequatchie County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Sequatchie County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 43-39 heartbreaker at the hands of the Upper Cumberland Rams.

Loss or not, Sequatchie County got some senior leadership from Ryker Terry and Colton Cribbs. Terry posted eight points and seven rebounds, while Cribbs earned 12 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Jackson Farley, who put up five points.

Sequatchie County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Upper Cumberland, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Sequatchie County will be playing in front of their home fans against Van Buren County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Upper Cumberland, they will venture away from home to face off against Rocket City at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
