After dropping their season opener at home, Wilkes Central is headed out to face a Warriors squad ready to give their home crowd a win. West Iredell came up short against Statesville on Tuesday, falling 83-63. The loss continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Greyhounds: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, Wilkes Central played a tough matchup on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 72-52 to North Iredell.
