With a playoff win on the line, Bowdon rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Screven County Gamecocks. The Red Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 games by seven runs or more this season.

The victory (which was Bowdon's fifth in a row) raised their record to 25-9. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.6 runs over those games. As for Screven County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Bowdon nor Screven County have any future games scheduled.
