Baseball Recap: Lane Comes Up Short

Lane lost to Flushing back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Knights fell just short of the Red Devils by a score of 4-3.

Brandol Gomez Valerio and Jonelvy Marine Adames stepped up to the plate in a big way. Gomez Valerio went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two RBI, and one run, while Marine Adames went 2-for-4 with five stolen bases and two runs. With that strong performance, Gomez Valerio is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game.

Lane's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Flushing, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-11.

As of now, neither Lane nor the Red Devils have any future games scheduled.
