Softball Recap: Central City Bison vs. St. Cecilia Bluehawks
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Central City can now relate to. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (5-4), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. They were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bluehawks earlier this season, when they won 9-8.
Payton Burbach made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Juno Ryan, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.
