Baseball Game Preview: New Hampstead Phoenix vs. Warner Robins Demons

The New Hampstead Phoenix will venture away from home to square off against the Warner Robins Demons at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. New Hampstead hasn't scored more than a single run for four games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

New Hampstead fell victim to Ware County and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 14-0 to the Gators.

Warner Robins got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Benedictine 8-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Demons have posted since March 29, 2024.

J Allen was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of J Hunter, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Warner Robins now has a winning record of 5-4. As for New Hampstead, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 5-4.
