East Forsyth's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They skirted past the Cherokee Bluff Bears 6-4. The Broncos haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

East Forsyth's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Cherokee Bluff, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-2 record.

Looking ahead, East Forsyth will venture away from home to take on Cedar Shoals at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Jaguars have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.09 runs per game on average), something the Broncos will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Cherokee Bluff, they will host Oconee County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
