Soccer Recap: Chestatee Comes Up Short

Chestatee entered their matchup against West Hall on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the West Hall Spartans who were credited with the win. The West Hall Spartans got it done in the shootout by posting one goals to the Chestatee War Eagles' zero. The loss was the War Eagles' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Chestatee fell to 3-1. As for West Hall, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chestatee will welcome East Forsyth at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Hall will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on East Hall at 7:30 p.m. on March 7th.
