Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Spencer). They never let the Sheldon Orabs get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Monday. Considering Spencer have won six matches by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Spencer pushed their record up to 7-2-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those three contests. As for Sheldon, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5-1.

Spencer has already played their next game, an 8-0 win against Sibley-Ocheyedan on the 28th. As for Sheldon, they are taking a road trip to challenge West Sioux at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
