Softball Recap: Brusly Makes It 14 in a Row on the Road

Brusly won against Prairieville last Wednesday with five runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Panthers came out on top against the Parkview Baptist Eagles by a score of 5-2. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won six in a row.

Brusly pushed their record up to 34-5 with the win, which was their 14th straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Parkview Baptist, their defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 23-15.
