Softball Recap: Shaw Takes a Loss

Shaw was the 5-2 winner over Columbus when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders came up short against the Blue Devils on Tuesday, falling 13-6. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shaw's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 12-1 and their overall record down to 14-11. As for Columbus, their win bumped their record up to 11-15.

Looking ahead, Shaw will face off against LaGrange at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Columbus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
