Baseball Recap: Dunwoody Extends Winning Streak to Four

Dunwoody posted their biggest win since March 18, 2024 on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Redan Raiders with a sharp 9-0 victory. The Wildcats' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Alec Koehly was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 4-for-4. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in hits (four). Zach Paulling was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.

The win was the fourth in a row for Dunwoody, bringing their record for this year to 4-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 runs over those games. As for Redan, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.

Coming up, Dunwoody will take on Shiloh at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Dunwoody's pitching crew has only allowed 2.6 runs per game this season, so Shiloh's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Redan, they will face off against Lewisburg at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
