Volleyball Recap: Wood River's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road + How To Watch

Wood River had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Ravenna on Tuesday. The Eagles put the hurt on the Bluejays with a sharp 3-0 victory. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Eagles yet this season.

The win didn't come easy: Ravenna scored at least 21 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-22, 25-22.

Wood River found their leader in sophomore Atley Brabec, who had 11 assists and six digs. Tenley Gewecke also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.
