Softball Recap: Jones Takes a Loss

Jones lost against Chandler back in August of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Longhorns came up short against the Lions, falling 11-1. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jones' loss dropped their record down to 16-16. As for Chandler, they pushed their record up to 28-3-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Lions beat Jones by a score of 11-1 later that day.
