Gridley won the last time they faced Live Oak and things went their way on Friday too. The Gridley Bulldogs took down the Live Oak Lions 46-31. The Bulldogs didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this win makes it their second in a row.

Despite the loss, Live Oak saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Rhyen Bidasha posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Larysa Myers, who scored seven points.

Gridley's victory bumped their record up to 8-15. As for Live Oak, their defeat was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-18.

Gridley has already played their next game, a 48-27 loss against Orland on the 11th. As for Live Oak, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 48-36 defeat against Oroville on the 11th.
