Soccer Recap: South Pasadena Comes Up Short

South Pasadena lost against Monrovia back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The South Pasadena Tigers fell just short of the Monrovia Wildcats by a score of 2-1.

South Pasadena's goal came courtesy of Kaia Trainedes, who's now up to four this season.

South Pasadena now has a losing record at 4-5-1. As for Monrovia, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing San Marino the next time they take the pitch. Monrovia will head out to face San Marino at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while South Pasadena will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
