The Annapolis Area Christian Eagles will venture away from home to challenge the Riverdale Baptist Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Annapolis Area Christian will be strutting in after a victory while Riverdale Baptist will be coming in after a defeat.

Meanwhile, Riverdale Baptist took a blow against Archbishop Carroll on Friday, falling 57-18. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 43rd in Maryland, while the Lions are ranked fourth in District of Columbia).

Annapolis Area Christian's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 9.0 points on average over those games. As for Riverdale Baptist, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
