Softball Recap: Silo Comes Up Short

After flying high against Wyandotte on Friday, Silo came back down to earth. The Rebels fell just short of the Kiefer Trojans by a score of 4-2 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Rebels have suffered since September 6, 2024.

Silo's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Kiefer, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Looking ahead, Silo will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Caddo at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kiefer, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-2 win against Glenpool on the 16th.
