Baseball Game Preview: Macon County Bulldogs vs. Monroe Golden Tornadoes

The Macon County Bulldogs will venture away from home to take on the Monroe Golden Tornadoes at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither Macon County nor Monroe posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Macon County can't be to happy about their upcoming road game considering what happened when they opened their season on the away from home on Monday. They lost 19-1 to Dougherty.

Meanwhile, Monroe came up short against Hardaway on Monday and fell 6-1. The matchup marked the Golden Tornadoes' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Monroe saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jabraylen Mulkey, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
