Baseball Recap: Page County Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Page County had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with an 8-4 win over the Clarke County Eagles. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Eagles back in April, they had to take a 12-2 defeat.

Gavin Henry and Isaac Foltz did most of the damage at the plate: Henry went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one run, while Foltz went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Page County is undefeated when Foltz posts two or more runs, but 5-9 otherwise.

Page County's record now sits at 8-9. As for Clarke County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-8.
