Basketball Recap: Baldwin Park Comes Up Short

On Wednesday, the Baldwin Park Braves didn't have quite enough to beat the Saddleback Roadrunners and fell 40-37. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Baldwin Park now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Saddleback, their win ended a 16-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-10.

Baldwin Park will take on Covina in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Saddleback, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Western at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Saddleback is facing Western at the right time seeing as Western is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
