Baseball Recap: Hapeville Charter Comes Up Short

Hapeville Charter fell victim to Holy Innocents Episcopal and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Golden Bears, falling 10-0. The Hornets have struggled against the Golden Bears recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Hapeville Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-6.

Hapeville Charter will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Carver at 6:00 p.m. on the 15th. As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, they will head out to take on Westminster at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
