Villa Joseph Marie scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 68-56 to the Lower Moreland Lions. The Jems were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2020.

Villa Joseph Marie has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Lower Moreland, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
