Perkins-Tryon took an 11-run defeat the last time they faced off against Harrah, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Demons sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 victory over the Panthers on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Demons: when they faced off against the Panthers back in August, they had to take a 15-4 loss.

Perkins-Tryon's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-11. As for Harrah, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Perkins-Tryon will face off against Perry at 5:00 p.m. on the 18th. As for Harrah, they will challenge Tuttle at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
