Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ringgold). They put the hurt on the Sonoraville Phoenix with a sharp 13-3 win on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Ringgold has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.3 runs over those games. As for Sonoraville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-17.

Ringgold will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Phoenix: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
