Soccer Game Preview: Antelope vs. Grant

The Antelope Titans will take on the Grant Pacers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Antelope is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Kennedy on Thursday. Neither Antelope nor Kennedy could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Grant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 7-0 to West Park. While losing is never fun, the Pacers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 697th, while the Panthers are ranked 141st).

Grant's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1. Antelope's draw gives them a new season record of 4-6-1.

Antelope took their win against Grant when the teams last played on January 9th by a conclusive 5-0. Does Antelope have another victory up their sleeve, or will Grant turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
