Recap: Hill School Rams vs. Baldwin Bears
The Hill School Rams won the last time they faced the Baldwin Bears , and things went their way on Thursday too. Hill School blew past Baldwin 52-23 on the road. Given Hill School's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 21st, while Baldwin is ranked 189th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Lily Soller was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. The game was her sixth in a row with at least ten points. Lilly Hebert was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with 12 rebounds and three steals.
Hill School's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Baldwin, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.
Hill School will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Peddie at 4:30 p.m. Peddie is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. As for Baldwin, they will head out on the road to face off against Agnes Irwin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
